Situation actuelle : maître de conférences titulaire hors classe à Centrale Lille Institut (section 62 - Energétique et Génie des procédés) et chercheur au sein du laboratoire UMET (Unité Matériaux Et Transformation) dans l'équipe PReF (procédés de recyclage et de fonctionnalisation).
Parcours : Diplômé de l'Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Chimie de Lille (ENSCL), elle a soutenu une thèse sur l'ignifugation du PA6 dans le cadre d'un projet européen en 2007 puis à effectuer une année de postdoctorat à l'institut polytechnique de New York dans la société ICL-IP au Etats Unis en 2008. Après deux années en tant que contractuelle de recherche à l’UMET, elle a été recrutée en tant que maître de conférences à l’ENSCL en 2011.
Activités de recherche : Ses activités portent sur le génie des procédés et la chimie des matériaux. Elle a développé une expertise sur le développement de solutions d’ignifugation de matériaux (formulations de polymères, de revêtements et de composites) et la compréhension du comportement feu de matériaux grâce à l’utilisation et au développement d’outils de caractérisation des matériaux en cours de décomposition et à la conception de tests feu représentatifs des scénarios incendie réels. Depuis quelques années, ses activités de recherche se sont étendues à l'éco-conception de matériaux fonctionnels au travers de l'utilisation de biomasse (fibres naturelles dans les composites ou synthons biosourcés pour le développement de liants) et l'utilisation de matrices vitrimères pour le développement de matériaux recyclables et réparables ainsi que de revêtements détachables.
Enseignements : Au sein de Centrale Lille Institut et plus particulièrement de l'Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Chimie de Lille, elle enseigne la chimie analytique, la synthèse, caractérisation et formulation de polymère et composite (80% TP, 20% cours/TD). Certains de ces enseignements sont également dispensés aux étudiants de Chimie-Pékin (parcours ingénieur accrédité par la CTI dispensé en partie en français par des "flying professors" issus de la Fédération Gay Lussac regroupant les écoles d'ingénieurs de chimie française à des étudiants chinois). Elle intervient aussi au niveau de l’Université pour des enseignements sur les vitrimères (Cours et TP) dispensés aux étudiants du master IRACM (en anglais).

- compréhension des comportements au feu : analyses des mécanismes d’action des FR à différentes échelles (ATG, dégradation thermique contrôlée et caractérisation des résidus par RMN du solide, IR, Raman,…)
